The career resume of Quinnipiac women s cross country sophomore Niamh Ashe (East Islip, N.Y.) keeps growing stronger every week as she earns the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) Women s Cross Country Runner of the Week award, as announced by the league office on Wednesday, Oct. 29. Ashe s second career Runner of the Week honor and first of the 2014 season, serves as a stepping stone for what the Bobcats hope to be a strong showing in the MAAC Championship on Friday.
