Even with the 2014-2015 season still a few months away, the Yale men s track and field team has started the year off on a positive note. The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) released its 2014 Division I NCAA Track and Field All-Academic Award recipients on Monday, naming Yale an All-Academic team and star juniors Kevin Dooney and Duncan Tomlin individual All-Academic honorees. The Bulldogs received team honors by posting a 3.34 cumulative GPA last season—the sixth-highest in the nation and second-highest GPA in the Ivy League.
