This past Saturday, Yale alum Kate Grace 11 made history at the inaugural IAAF World Relays Saturday in the Bahamas. She ran as a part of the U.S. 4x1500-meter relay team that set an American record (16:55.33). Grace ran the third leg of the race, in which she caught up to Australia s team. The team took second place for a silver medal, behind only the Kenyan team that ran a world record time (16:33.58).
